Adjournment 2018-2019 AY

Sir my income tax case for the Asstt year 2018-2019 was fixed for secrutiny under section 142(1) with e faceless on account of cash deposit in my bank for 19/11/2022.I am heart' deceased person for the since long and on 18/11/2022 I feel mild problem in heart' and requested to the e faceless team of income tax for adjournment on 18/11/2022 but in my portal of income tax there is no response has been received till the date.Please guide me what can I do or guide me can the faceless team may ex party my case Thanks
