adjourned agm quorum
if a pvt. co. hav only 2 member and in the adjourned meeting only 1 member is present would it be taken as quorum?

yes...in the adjourned meeting members present shall be treated as quorum
If at the adjourned meeting also, quroum is not presented within half an hour of the time of the meeting , the member present their shall form the qurom of the meeting. In the above case, one member shall constitute the qurom of the meeting.
