ADHAAR PAN LINK

For linking Adhaar & Pan we had paid the penalty and now in the Winmam application it is showing that it has been linked but when we look into Income tax website and while filing IT Returns it is showing that the Pan and Adhaar is not linked, What may be the reason for this? What can be done to sort it out this??
