I wish to start an apparel store on Instagram. It will involve interstate supply of goods. I wish to register for GST. I don't have a rent agreement with my landlord, nor is he willing to give any NOC ( since he doesn't declare his rental income). The electricity bill is also not in ny or his name. In such a situation, what can one do. on the GST portal, in the drop down for address proof there is an option 'others'. Can one now show the aadhar as address proof since this decision was taken in the 35th meeting of the GST council recently. Please advise.
