One of my client has been shifted to Ahmedabad from Delhi. I want to send letter to Income Tax Deptt for jurisdiction change of that client. Please any one who has Income Tax Deptt Address at which address should i send letter for address change.

Juriscdiction - ITO Ward 40(1), Delhi

Thanks a lot, but I have already got address changed but jurisdiction has not been changed.
I visited Income Tax Department, they asked me to send letter to Delhi Income Tax Office for jurisdiction change.
