My client is a supplier of CNG Gas. It supplies CNG through its own CNG stations (Company owned Outlets) and also through Retail Outlets like IOCL, BPCL, etc.
My query is whether we have to show the locations of Company owned Outlets and Retail Outlets (owned by third party) in Additional place of business under GST.
Kindly provide your opinion with relevant sections.

If you are selling to bpcl etc. and then they are selling then you don't need to show additional place of business. But if you are selling through their outlets in your own capacity then you need to show those places of business.
@ CA Altamush, My client well directly to bpcl, etc. but my client is having its own compressor machine installed on their stations..does this has any effect on your answer..
