I wish to know how we can regularize the additional director appointment by board during 1/4/2014 and agm.
is their any formality require to file with ROC.
Already filled 20B, 23AC, 23ACA. any other form need to file ?

yes, you need to file dir 12 again for change in designation along with a resolution passed at the agm ratifying the additional director and appointing him/ her as a director of the company.
