I have noticed that most of compaines appoints more than one company secretary my question is that whether form 32 to be filed for all company secretaries .

Yes, Form 32 must have to be filed on the appointment of Additional Company Secretary.
Form 32 is filed for every appointment or changes relating to every director, manager or secretary in a company.
Since the appointment of additional company secretary increases the number of Company secretaries in a company, it will constitute 'change' and therefore ROC must be noticed in respect of such eventualities.
As per my view thr is no requirement of filing form 32 if you donot provide him designation of Company Secretary . As in a company only one person can be provided as designation of CS. I think thr is hardly any need to provide him designation of CS and filing of Form 32.
