Addition of directors

Hi Rajat,

Please understand the difference between the subscribers and the directors. The names of the subscribers would remain intact in your MOA and AOA forever. The list of directors may change in consonance with every change that happen in the Board of the Company but that too followed by amendment in the Articles of Association of the Company. The names of the new Directors can be added on amending the Articles with the following lines:-

ARTICLES NO._____ : DIRECTORS:

The Current directors of the Company are:-

a. _______________________

b.________________________

c._________________________
