All the directors of the company are disqualified due to non filing of balance sheet due to dispute between directors while the case is in nclt..and the judgement came .now for filing balance sheet roc tells to induct new director by roc back door entry and all the necessary documents are prepared and applied for appointing new director before 2 months but till now office person says file it's in table and file should be taken as per the number of files they received.was frustrated by the slow process of MCA .rules says it is appointed within 1 week time but 2 months gone still no sign of appointment? How to resolve this
