One of my Pvt ltd Company client is having its Regd Office in Kolkata(WB)
i want to show its Delhi address too in ROC as well how can I do So what are the formalities
because most of the Cos business is conducted in Delhi Office

In this case, the Company can set up a subsidiary company, having registered office in Delhi, because, ROC takes note of Registered office address only. In Annual Return also, information goes on registered office address.
