first of all take 2 pictures of the registered office of the company from external and internal office in which at least 1 director should be present whose digital signature you are using in the form, pictures must be taken with the help of a gps camera so that the picture contain address of registered office along with latitude & longitude. fill the form accordingly and provide a mail id of company other than that of a director, verify with otp and then upload on MCA. The fees after due date is 10000/-
