2) Appeal under section 246A

No it can't be done
You cant go for an appeal if you are opting revision application u/s 246A. Infact when you make an application for revision u/s 264 you write that you will not be going in appeal and genrally this revision application is entertained only when time period within which you can appeal lapses.
If you will opt for 154 then you can't opt the other 2 options, and your appeal application will not be considered,it will be dismissed
