Accounts of a firm were not finalised properly. What are the consequences of the same. Itr has been filed. Only 3cd has to be uploaded

The A/cs should b Final Before uploading ITR

How did u file ITR without filing 3cd?

As per CBDT tax audit date has been extended to 30.11 , therefore one can file ITR without tax audit , and with respect to other query, if the account was not finalised and ITR has been file then u may finalised balance sheets and then revised ITR.
