Sir, How can we enter March-2018 bills in April-2018 under GST. (i.e. what will be the provosion & liability entries)

Same as other bills entered. Also if there is change in already entered bill then you can correct it in ammendment option.
Liability arises from past month & you have to pay tax with interest for the bills not entered in March.
