I am working with a firm situated in noida earlier same firm worked in delhi, now this firm registered in delhi as well as registered in noida.

my question is open a separate books of accounts for noida or continue in delhi accounts

(i) bank accounts of the firm is one which is also continue with delhi office

(ii) firm registered in delhi vat and also registred in up vat

(iii) pmt. of creditors of both offices from delhi bank account.

 

suggest me open a new bank account for noida office.

 

pls suggest me

It would be advisable to open a new bank account for the Noida Office,  as you would get a clear picture of the payments made/received to the creditor’s/debtors & also for the other expenses paid.  If the transactions are carried only from the bank of the delhi firm, then you would not able to know to whom the payment is made or from whom the payments are received.   This activity would take time in knowing the details of the cheques received/paid.

This would also not cause any problems in doing the Bank Reconciliation each month.

It would also be advisable to maintain separate books of accounts for the firms, as you would be able to know the profitability of both the firms.

You can maintain an account of each of the firm in the other firm’s books

by making a seperate accounts it would be easy for u to handle the scenerio n majke the picture useful

pls provide me format of delivery challan in noida

& also which form no. is used in up for delivery challan

Dear Gulshan,

There is no specific format for delivery challan.  You can take an samle by searchin it in google.  I stay here at pune so cant give you a forma of DC of Noida.
