Hi netcitizens, I heard from TV9 news channel on 23.10.2008 that ICAI is conferring the title "ACCOUNTING TECHNICIANS" for those who had completed Intermediate very long back but could not yet quqlify in Final till Nov.2008 session. How far this is reliable ? This is not hosted in ICAI website ?
