Accounting tax implication

Dear Experts,

                 I have a query, regarding to tax implication on suply of gardening Items (e.g.:- Plants etc.). there is a vender who supply the plants (with service) for gardeing purpose aprox Rs.2 lack. He is an unregistered vender So, he have not charged any tax (Sale tax, service tax).

Now, may query is that Can we deduct TDS or not.  Please revert.

Yes 

It will be covered under contract.

 

You can do the TDS as WCT-TDS.

 

U have to deduct tds.

if he is not charging any tax then same is his view. bt as per income tax at the time of payment u have to deduct TDS as applicable.
