hey srinivas....all of them are not important... Some of the important ones are AS6, 10, 11, 15, 18, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 29 and the latest ones i.e. 30 and 31....

I don't think any un important AS raised by Insti. for both Service and Exam point of view ,we need a sound knowledge of AS for reaching professional excellence.

i think AS are important ASPECT IN FIRST EXAMNINATION POIT OF VEIW BECAUSE IN SOME CASE GOVT. AUTHORITES ARE NOT ACCEPTED THE AS FOLLOWED BY INSTITUTE FOR EXAMPLE : REVALUATION OF ASSET BY AS-6 NOT FOLLWED BY THE INCOME TAX AUTHORITIES SHALEEN

A CA must have knowledge of all AS.So pls. go for all.

If we view from Examination point, all are not important. However, knowledge of latest accounting standard is important. From Practical point of view, all are important.
