1. According to Accounting Standard 4 - Contingencies and Events Occurring After the Balance sheet Date, "Proposed Dividend is adjustable with Balance Sheet or Not".
(which is occurred before the approval of Financial Statements date).
2. Whether this provision has been notified or not.
