I have got one of my private company incorporated on 2.02.2012. Is it necessary for me to prepare balance sheet for a period from 2.02.201r to 31.03.2012 or alternatively the same can be prepared for a period for more than 12 months ending on 31.03.2013 simaltaneously

You will have to prepare the Statement of Accounts (Profit & Loss A/c and Balance Sheet) for the period 02.02.2012 to 31.03.2012 in the Revised Schedule VI format.
