If TDS has not been deducted by any of the employer, you can file ITR1.

SALARY, if you have appointment letters to that effect, otherwise from IFOS.

As such no problem, but cash salaries from all five employers would be difficult to prove. Better you have evidence to authenticate your claim.

As per rule, you should have form 16 from at least one employer1, wherein you should have declared all other incomes/salaries to your employer1.

In that case, Get salary certificates from all the employers.
