we are purchasing agricultural produce from farmers.
in some cases we are paying it in cash & some through bank. Farmers not issuing invoice. then how we can create document to support our purchase. plz guide

Maintain purchase register and obtain an written document from farmers regarding every purchase

Maintain Purchase register, take purchase / debit voucher signed from farmers prepared by us.
