accounting entry in Tally 7.2 of free sample sale

dear all,  

i am facing a problem in tally 7.2, in purchase voucher.

problem is that , when i am entring  product name , than quantity , then price and after entering on this ...show  particular to product, this the main  problem i am facing.  when i am enrering in particular option it is not accesing any word...pls help me.......i am doing urjent work

If the particular is not accessing., U have to create the particular of product (Use Alt C for creation

of product) and use the particulars....

Use same voucher/invoice mode for Free sample , Only the thing you have two do ... is  Allowing zero value voucher  entry by Pressing F11 .... Rest of procedure for invoice raising same.......

WHO SHOULD BE THE PARTY WHEN IT IS SOLD ON SAMPLE? - SEVERAL NEW PARTIES HAVE TO BE CREATED IN TALLY HOW TO ACCOUNT IT?
