Can We make the accounting entries without showing inventories in gst ( i think we can ) & can generate gstr1 & 2 in Tally software....? .......

Yes you can do that and tally provide the facility to generate GSTR 1 and GSTR 2 .There are many other softwares also you can check free trail and then decide.
