can any person tell how to pass journal entries for private limited company.
entries for reimbursement like medical reimbursement, petrol,telephone and internet.

SInce expenses like petrol, medical reimbursement etc are all part of an employee's salary, you'll have to debit the salary a/c and credit the bank a/c.
