You should maintain income expenditure account, balance sheet of hospital, receipts and payments account

It's is public trust or private trust for benifit of one person
on accrual accounting reconized revenue and expenses when they are earned or incurred
the books are maintained as per the trust rules and regulations
and will be audit as per sect 12A
