Dear Karthik,
You have misinterpreted the above announcement.
Its for verification of answer sheets. This will be done by ICAI to check for any mistakes in totalling. There will be no revaluation.Students will not be given any answer- sheets as per the notification above.
However, students have option to get answer sheets through RTI process.
