Acceptance of deposit from relatives of directors ?
Whether a Pvt Ltd Co. can accept loans/ deposits from relatives of directors ? In this matter the notification dt. 15.09.2015 by MCA whether the same has come into force ?

Yes..private company can accept loans from relatives from directors.
