Wish to ask you a query
A pvt. ltd., after 10 months of its incorporation appoints an auditor for Statutory Audit. Whether the same should be accepted by the Chartered? If yes, then what all formalities are required to be done, since the company has completed no legal or documentary formalities, by the Chartered?

Dear Khushboo,
I don’t think there should be a problem…in accepting the same.
Though Co Act says that the appointment should be appointed in one month of the incorporation, if this is not done so, the appointment should be made by passing a resolution in a General Meeting
So if the appointment is made at a GM, then you can accept the same..absolutely no problem
