ACCA after CA

I cleared my CA final in May 2019 attempt. Now I want to do ACCA.
someone said that I will get exemption in 9 papers of ACCA and I would have to give just 4 papers.
but an exemption fee is payable for each paper exempted.

an other person said me that there is no need of payment of exemption fee if I send soft copies of my CA marksheets.

please help me regarding this ...
