Aca and fca

Please let me know:

1) Do only people who practice become ACA?

2) If the answer to above is no, then - Should one apply again for Certificate for" FCA " after 5 years  OR one should just assume that he has become FCA?

Kindly answer both questions separately.

Thanks

Persons qualified and enrolled as members whether they were holiding COp or not, they are named as ACA's.

Members who are in practice for a period of 5 years continuously, they become eligible to called as FCA, for that they should apply to institute to recognise them as FCA's.

Thanks Mr.Rakesh.

It is now clear to me that only CA.s who practice can become FCA.

I have one more question:

Can you please tell me whether it is possible to watch / participate in tele-conference of CA institute online and get CPE credits?

Thanks

There is one possibility of getting 20 CPE hours through invidual decleration for unstructured learning..check icai website for details....
