one of my clint have 3lakhs pension and he also earn some commission in lic 2lakhs and tds deducted by lic 8 thousend now that amount is refundable and which itr file returned ?

ITR 3 IS SUITABLE FOR THE GIVEN SITUATION
AND YES TDS CAN BE REFUNDED IF NO TAX LIABILITY
