Firstly you are not required to be 'TENSED' for Maths since it is not the direct subject in IPCC.

You'll require your mathematical skill for calculation purpose only.. As you said you have a month time free, so you can just run through basic maths in case to have the grisp over the subject.. It won't take much troubles with your IPCC..

Depends upon your Grasping capacity and self-belief...

For theory subjects as such SM, Audit or Law you are not required to attend any classes as using module along with reference books does well enough...

Next the question remains about Practical papers...

While attempting you're required to put some logic behind them to answer.. So in case one may/may not prefer attending classes..

I prefer not to attend the classes from my experience since one has  enough time to go through material and prepared for exam on his own..

AS FAR AS TUTIONS ARE CONCERNED, AS U ARE SAYING U R AVERAGE STUDENT BETTER JOIN TUTIONS FOR ACCOUNTANCY, ADVANCED ACCOUNTANCY, TAXATION AND COSTING-FM... THEORY SUBJECTS FIRST TRY YOURSELF.. IF U FIND IT HARD DEN JOIN FOR DEM AS WELL
