As per your question , i m also doing self study for itsm, according to my views you should study our institute material of itsm for IT. BUT for SM you should go for Dinesh Madan sir notes, u can buy it from luxmingr, its not dat much costly.
dinesh madan its preety good for itsm...as well as ps rathore
Padhuka is good and self explanatory. Though little bit difficult language is udsed somewher. but for self study is good.
for passing the subject i suggest you to study dinesh mandan for itsm. the language is very simple. cost for itsm is rs500. you can buy at asialawhouse.com
for IT institute modules, SM Paduka for both RTP & Suggested for last 5 years will be enough. best of luck!

im also doing self study, and paduka bhi best option hai
For Self study Institute's Module + Scanner + PM are more than enough..
