Yes, RCM applicable over GTA services.
Rcm is applicable on GTA
whether RCM is applicable on non GTA but he is lorry owner who does not issue any bill or consignment note, and the value of transportation is RS 22000/-, if yes what is the rate of tax wether it is 5% or 18% rate of the goods transport. there are two options rised here one is unregistered person supply of service and transportation of goods
how will our government catch a company availing GTA SERVICE ?
