we are doing trading in old cartoon boxes is reverse character applicable if we purchase it from unregistered dealer and sold to registered deals
please solve my query

No... RCM not applicable from 13th October 2017 to 31st March 2019....


But,
RCM applicable from 1st July to 12th October 2017 as per sec 9(4) of CGST Act...

Sir SECTION 9(4) i.e. PURCHASE FROM UNREGISTERED PERSON, has been suspended till 30/09/2019, vide Notification No. 22/2018, CT (R).

Therefore, no RCM applicable as of now as it has been deferred.

Yes... I agreed to You Dear.
It's suspended to 30/09/19....


But, My mistake is from my Mobile. It's takes previous typed words from dictionary...
😥😥😥😥😥😇😇😇😇.

Yes, RCM sec9(4) is suspended till 30-9-2019.
