about revalidation of ipcc registration

i enrolled in ipcc in the month of june 2014 then after i appeared for ipcc exam in only 2 attempts rest of my attempts were lapsed,now i want to continue my ipcc so do i need to revalidation my ipcc ? if yes then how to revalidate registration.

To revalidate your registration, log in to the ICAI Self Service Portal, update your profile if it is your first time using the portal, select the revalidation option, and pay the ₹400 fee online.
