I have one party which purchase aerospace grade SS 321 from italy at Rs 325 without paying cu1stom and Gst and made component and export to america. however it also purchase at Rs 505 from local market SS 321 of italy origin. I have query why he purchase same grade SS 321 with high cost same grade same italy manufacturer. Is any import restriction limit to get export benefit or other reason. please suggest me reason.

after some processing , it is exported
If Second lot is also exported, then it could be to save time taken in shipment during import. Export orders are time bound.
Party is regular client of italy co. it regularly import and export such product. Other local party also take purchase order from such party and then place import order to italy co .
Yes, so the local purchase is for domestic customers, who in turn export.
..make sale in sea sale agreement to the party who export to america after processing. So time will be no big matter, is forex matter like upto limit restriction.
