R/all please let me know whether itr-4 has released from itd for ass year 15-16 or not. what will be last date to file itr for a proprietorship firm for ass year 15-16

Itr 4 is not yet released by department.
Due date is 31 august if tax audit is not applicable

Is there anyway to know when ITR4 will be released ? If 31 st august is last date of filling then far less time is left for preparation. I am wondering why dept is not releasing form. Anyone in a better position pls. help.
