Karta of huf is having rented premises.Agreement is on his personal name .now he wants to apply for GST Registration of HUF for which he wants his rented premises as registered place of business.
Can rent agreement in personal name of karta can be given as proof for GST Registration of HUF

Consent of The Karta would be required, in the type of premise select consent and upload consent letter, rental agreement and electric bill.

With similar logic a property owned by Karta can be used by HUF for business with consent of Karta
