I have filed form no 1A twice for approval of name for a pvt. ltd. co. , but the result was requires resubmission. I hav used the initials of the promoters in the name but the end result is that the initials are not suitable .Please help me to impress the concerned official.

the exact words in the error are the prefix is not suitable and add clear activity in the name.
The prefix that RoC is mentioning is not that of promoters but that of company name or names that you have mentioned in Form 1A. So check the names that you have given,
I have checked on the site( under check co. name ) that the same prefix has already been registered previously, and has been approved, in my case initials of the promoters is different.
Could you give the name of the company that you have given. and also copy paste the age in which the error comes, let me seee it :)
