I m newly registered for articleship extendship of 75 days in another principal. My query is about for my ipcc exam registration which principal is required to sign in my certificate of service.. Old or new?

To register for your exams, you need a record of your service covering the entire training period. You must get the certificate signed by each principal for the specific period you worked under them. Ensure your Form 109 (termination from the previous firm) and new registration (Form 103 with the new firm) are correctly updated and approved on the ICAI SSP Portal.
