No, as per the scheme following persons are elegible for the benefit:

A. Graduate or Post graduate in commerce required to secure aggregate marks of 55% or above of the total marks or its equivalent grade in the examination conducted by any recognized University (including Open University) by studying any three papers of 100 marks each out of Accounting, Auditing, Mercantile Laws, Corporate Laws, Economics, Management (including Financial Management), Taxation (including Direct Tax Laws and Indirect Tax Laws), Costing, Business Administration or Management Accounting.

or

Graduate or Post graduate other than those referred above, required to secure aggregate marks of 60% or above of the total marks or its equivalent grade in the examination conducted by any recognized University (including Open University)

Explanation –

  • For Calculating the percentage of marks, the marks secured in subject in which a person is required by the university (Including open university) to obtain only pass marks and for which no special credit is given for higher marks, shall be ignored and
  • any fraction of half and more shall be rounded of the next whole number

B -

So please check that you have computed your % by exclusing those subjects which dont give you grades/marks and just provide whether you are pass/fail and after accounting for that take the % to be on the next whole number if the % is coming out as a fraction which is equal to or more than 0.5%.
