what about GST e-way bill system get implemented from March 7?

E way bill ws started on trial bas frm 16.1.2018 to 31.01.2018 and was going to start ful fledged from 1.2.2018 but government has postponed till future date that is still not notified by government
today notified
as per my reading that says that government is tryng to implement from March 7 but it has not been notified that as the rollout date.
