Yes he can be a director in more than one company
Director can appoint as a director up to 20 companies in which 10 public company
viraj ji agree.....
Limit of 20 companies not applicable to sec 8 cos dormant companies and foreign companies And for limit of 10 private company which is subsidiary of public company is to be counted as public
