About depreciation
I want to buy a car of rs 6 lakhs in my wife's name who has only income from other sources... if I will give a cheque of rs 3 lac to car dealer or in wife's account than can I get depreciation benefits of 3 lac in my business books is it possible??

If you want claim depreciation-invoice should be in your business name or your name if u r a proprietor/partner/director as the case may be.
It should be used for business purppose.
I this case you can not claim the same.
