I am an advertising agent of Times of India, Deccan Hearald, whether ST on Advertising is applicable & How much is abatement, For Eg: i am billing around Rs1,000-/- they will give me at 10 to 15% Commsission plz clarify whether abatmetn on ST and how much i have to bill to Times & Deccan, what is abatment part even vat also.
