How can you say that your product is under MRP. Notification No.49/2008-CE,(NT), dt.24.12.2008 as last amended by Notification No.26/2012-CE(NT). dt.10.5.2012 does not figure out your product (CETH No. 8536). Even though, all MRP products when supplied to the Institutional buyers or Industrial consumers are not to be valued under MRP valuation(See Section 4A)
