If the Aggregate Turnover of the Abacus Coaching Classes exceeds Rs. 20 lakhs, then GST @ 18% is applicable.
ITC can be availed right
Yes provided all the Four conditions as laid down U/s 16(2) of the CGST Act 2017 is satisfied but subject to BLOCKED CREDIT U/s 17(5) of the CGST Act 2017.
